We are a marquee letter rental company that serves everyone that hosts small, intimate parties to big corporate events in the Greater Houston area.

What type of power do you need to set up my marquee letters?

How do I know how many determine the number of circuits for my setup?

Will you provide extension cords & equipment for my setup? 

What if my venue does not have a power supply, can I still rent your products?How can I book your services?

The customer will be responsible for providing a generator that will supply power to the setup. In such cases, the customer needs to inform the AlphaLit Houston team that a generator will be used instead of a standard power source.

We can also set-up your marquee display without plugging them to a power source. However, this is an option for events scheduled during daytime only. 

Can I move my setup after your team has installed it?

Can I use your marquee products outdoors?

Yes but with the exception of wind, rain, and snow. It will be the customer’s responsibility to have an indoor back-up for the setup.

The company will not issue refunds in cases where the service was cancelled due to weather-related reasons where the customer has failed to get an indoor back-up plan.
